Reposted with alt. And yeah, like a lot of people treat it as hyperbolic or/and necessary. The latter is evil and the former is as harmful, but comes from those who really haven’t grasp how poor a poor person can be.

In so much pain that I can’t use my right leg (new problem, but makes sense. just hopes it goes away eventually.) Finally back home. Friend is out of TX. Cake is happy. Partner too! And me as well!
I’m already half ded. Also, even tho I’m not a dog person, they always end up sleeping on me. (and tho I’m allergic I let it happen, so that’s on me.) Aye… body hurts, but need to finish! By Friday I’ll be home with Daggo and Cake! Can do this! (and might be half alive for a month or two, aha!)

I remember being… hmmm a lil unwise as a kid and complaining about having to eat rice and beans all the time esp. during our really tight days. I then left home and missed it so much, my mom’s rice and beans. My friends still bring up when she came for graduation and cooked for us. ☺️
Once my brother vanished for near a year and came back with a white baby. 😁 He found him in 2010, a lil helpless kitten. He’s now an old man. Unsure if he should keep him, as we try to take them to shelters or to friends instead of mom’s, he didn’t name him. Gato! Mom calls him Gatito.
Chewie, he was a foster fail from my sis who used to work at the animal shelter he was brought into as an infant. He’s too smart and annoys almost all the other cats except Noche. Noche was left behind after his owner passed. My mom brought him in. He loves belly pats and is friend to everyone.
Oh! little tiny kitty. You were once feral, but now you’re sleeping soundly against my stomach.
Mona! Mona, when my mom found her, used to be incredibly terrified of people. She used to only let my mom and me pet her, but now she wants every one to pet her. I tend to indulge cats, so I feel bad when I leave as my mom says she gets depressed when I go. She wants to be petted forever.
Headed to TX early to check in with family before helping and riding with Freya back up. Life hurts a whole lot. Ah, well, it’s like that. Walked with my dad through the patch of woods that exists between his neighborhood and the next. Saw turtles. I’m glad he has this area to walk through.
