One of the producers of the show said that Peepers follows Hater. When Lord Hater become Lady Hater, Peepers will also become a girl! Lord Dominator and Sylvia are both referred to as girls canonically, and Wander likes to dress up in wigs often, so she can also be a girl! Everyone is girl!

Wander Over Yonder watchdogs. Context is that their boss is getting married. Most look so happy they'd tear up. Two (leftmost watchdog and the watchdog holding the flag) got the 1000 year stare exhausted look, though.
