Winter would - if we are talking winter-vore which I feel is a separate thing to how he usually is - he would keep someone in there for a prolonged period of time. Probably several days depending! He has the ability to control his digestion so you'd be safe in there.. for now.

I don't really know about Mooz as I'm kinda undecided on things to do with him.. Winter however does not have a uvula! No obstacles for big swallows..
