My father, Rabbi (sic), became a teacher (Rebbi) at the Scranton Hebrew Day School in 1960. 50 years later he retired. He and my mother raised my sister, brother and me and provided us with incredible childhood memories in Scranton. Though all three of us left the area as adults, my sister and I moved our respective families back to Scranton to raise our children. Scranton used to be a great place to race children.
