Just sent the first draft of ch 1 of my forthcoming book to the development editor to give them an insight into what they've let themselves in for. There's a certain giddiness to the process! 😃
The table is used to provide an overview that the race spanned over 10 years and was broken into many steps. The progressive reveal allows us to talk about each stage in-depth and chunk it into a phase before seeing where the story goes next. Interested in thoughts 😊

Really excitified (excited + terrified) for the launch of my new CPD model in Shrewsbury on Wednesday in partnership with @empowertrust.bsky.social! There are just over 40 people attending and this is a model I'm planning on rolling out more in Summer term.
Currently around 40 teachers attending my first in-person CPD session of this kind in Shrewsbury! Huge thanks to Wilfred Owen School and the Empower MAT for hosting me. Everyone who is booked has been sent attendee instructions for the day..
