This certainly turned my frown upside down on the way to work this morning. Poor girl must've been dumped last night!
Took this just before 5pm, before the lap of honour that I didn't stick around for. I don't think I ever saw Goodison this empty for an end of season lap. Hope that speaks volumes to the owners, CEO, manager and team. Relegation form since the Chelsea match.
Reminded tonight that on this day in 1995 we smashed Spurs 4-1 in the FA Cup SF, and the next day my mug appeared above the crossbar on p6 of the Echo, under the MM of Tommy Smith, when the Spurs fans invaded the pitch and tried to take 3 sides of the ground on 😂

Top, top day with the lads joining me in Village Street yesterday, then walking back into town before heading back to Wool Land. Going the match regularly after 15 year hiatus is the best decision I've made in ages. Just wish I could share it with the fella who made me Royal Blue.
