Sextants are so cool. It's how we navigated by the stars. Our navigators used to use these before GPS & computers.

Sorry, I mean a compass. Used to scribe circles. A sextant might be potentially useful for finding the angles needed for trajectory, tho. I wholeheartedly agree, as a disaster film fan & wildfire survivor, when SHTF, no one is immune or safe. Money is nothing in the face of any disaster.
