I see that it is reactivated, but I want an EXPLANATION. Who terminated it and why? There were no new transactions, I didn't click anything in the app and I didn't ask your consultant to close the card.

What does "terminated as compromised by our system" mean?

How does that even happen when there's no activity happening on my card, and no request from me?

Does your system just randomly close cards by mistake?

I understand your concern. Don't worry, the card was terminated by error our system, but you can use it now, and it is fully activated. Thank you for your understanding.

Salman, I'm not mad at you, at all, but SOMEONE screwed up. Either your bot interpreted out conversation as a request to close the card, or telhe consultant I talked to previously clicked something by mistake, or she retaliated for the negative review.

I want to know what happened.

Because of it was an honest human error, I'm okay with that. But if your "system" does stuff like this by mistake, I'm not sure I trust it with my money

So which was it? A malfunctioning chatbot with ability to deactivate my card without approval? Human error? Or malicious incompetence?

It's possible that our Al bot mistakenly terminated the card due to a system error. However, there's no need to worry; you can use the card now without any issues.

And it's almost funny because I was talking to the bot SPECIFICALLY about not allowing any AI tools to perform any operations on my accounts or my cards. And the bot said IT WAS NOT POSSIBLE

1. Tragic 300 page backstory first
2. Point buy, or standard array if you're dull
3. Rolling my suspiciously weighted dice
4. Let everyone else pick first, and take whatever options are left
5. Ahead of time without telling the GM

I also found a note from the next day, entitled "TTRPG ideas" and among other things it has this little snippet of fucked up body horror I don't remember writing 🫠

Shapeshifter knows it needs to emulate natural movements of a human, like breathing. It doesn't understand it well though, and its whole body is moving as if inhaling and exhaling. Not just the rising chest, its eyes bulge out, fingers get longer and shorter, the teeth pulse in and out, filling the mouth like marbles.

I was at a local TTRPG/board game fair today and bought two things illustrated by Evlyn. I found one, went "oh, that's Evlyn Moreau!" and the staff immediately got excited and found a second book for me.
