Histiocytosis Awareness and Childhood Cancer Awareness Month. My oldest son was diagnosed with Langerhans Cell Histiocytosis (LCH) at the age of 12. He has made a full recovery but the fear will always be there.

September is Childhood Cancer Awareness Month and Histiocytosis Month. My oldest was diagnosed with LCH, at the age of 12, in 2016. He is a fighter and now an 8 year survivor. This month is important to me to bring awareness to both of these issues.
