Oh, wow so it’s the 2 year anniversary of my absolute lowest moment. 118 lbs, malnourished, unable to eat food. Not a great combo. I fully believe this operation saved my life. Turns out choking on food every single day is not normal. Be wary of esophageal strictures.
So I don’t know anything about exercising but thank whatever random TikTok I saw that said to do planks and jogging.
I am real bad at consistently exercising so I’m going to post my weekly plank progress here to keep me accountable.
