120 units to be built on Stewart St Chch. Not a single off street park. There’s already 30+ units down the street. No parking. It’s awful as it’s so close to the hospital & my work place is here. It’s brutal finding a park already. How is this legal? Rubbish day is a nightmare
I’m drinking Prosecco & meal prepping for the week ahead. Mainly cooking for my beloved daughter & her whānau. Silverside in the Slow cooker - check Cottage Pie cooked - check. Now I’m chopping onions for the casserole which is next. There may even be an Apple crumble. Who even am I?

I’ve had the bestest evening. Out with my bestie of 40+ years. Cocktails at The Last Word before going to see Marlon Williams. 40 yrs ago we used to go to the Pancake Palace after late night at work. Drink, smoke & eat pancakes, then drive home. How things have changed.
When you go to see Marlon and end up sitting alongside @beckeleven.bsky.social what a very small world we live in. The show was superb & Marlon & the Yarra benders were magnificent

My 1st ever attempt at Brandy Snaps. This has been driven by the fact that at $9 for a packet of 8 it must be cheaper to make my own. I finally got the correct bake in the final batch after playing round with heights of oven trays and timing. Will fill tomorrow for a taste test & will update
