This is Oliver the Menace. He loves to escape. So I bought him a harness and leash. He can now safely go outside to enjoy grass, birds, and fresh air. He is not going to run away and get lost, kill anything, get smashed by a car, or picked up and tortured by a human that hates black cats.

The gov't recently posted a notice that they will no longer report deaths or notify family if detainees pass after recently being released. This is to make it a lot harder to track the care detained people receive, and obscure the inhumane conditions in the concentration camps.
