Maybe it's just me, but there's something deeply amusing about walking your perpetually on-top-of-everything, educator mother into the house post-dental surgery & having her immediately tell the dog, "Mommy's high as shit!" Requisite pic of said dog (Loki).

The Seasonal Affective is already kicking me in the teeth, and it's been overcast for days, so here's a pic I got at the lake house 2 weeks ago. The sun bouncing off the leaves was so bright it lit the inside of the house like actual lighting.

Good morning, sinners 🖤 Day 2 of OT. Definitely had a hell of a time getting out of bed at 4:30. So it goes. Chicagoans, bundle up if you have to leave the house! Make sure you've got blankets in the car and a charged phone in case of a breakdown. This is literal killer cold.

Good morning, sinners 🖤 One thing I love about my intermittent days out in the shop is the chance to actually see the sunlight.

We met this slob goblin almost exactly 6 years ago. We then played with her for 2 hours and then chucked her in the car and immediately drove back to Chicago. #RescueDog #GotchaDay #OldeEnglishBulldogge
