pretty damn happy with the work I put in this past month. really been doing good work this past year, the only dips in consistency being due to being ill with fever. this past month stands out, though. on to more 💙
particularly angelbrained this pull day. even though calories are lower I'm still making solid progress 💙
upper day went well, making real solid progress in lifts recently even though coach lowered my calories a bit, and the gym manager gave me a free energy drink 🥹
something something birthday suit thank you to the lovely people in my life I love you. excited to see how much more muscle I can pack on in my 29th year.
recaught a nasty stomach bug that had me having fevers for 10 days. finally symptom free and back in the gym, happy to report I've barely lost weight. strength is down, but it'll come back soon. surprised by how good the pump pics still look for two weeks of no gym 😇
