My other “new” gym adventure has been getting back in the water. Been telling myself I need to for years, and I finally am. Didn’t realize how much I loved and missed it. Done a little better each swim. …I’m also seriously considering a species change now. The time may have finally come.

Was all ready to order a couple more shirts of the next size up, but tried mine on once more and they seem to fit again. Excited to add two more to the three in the closet.
Should I be wearing Nasty Pig shorts at church choir rehearsal? I dunno, but I felt cute and the choir room is usually hot (it is!) so I’m glad I did.

This doofus was thoroughly pupped out, gently grooving to the music he’d set up. It made tying a little harder, but it was too cute so I was not going to complain! (For the concerned, hands-behind-back is not the best for @leggy.us so the wrists were pretty loose and he was in and out quick)

One of my goals is to really dig in and practice with my ropes in the coming months. I’ve wanted to, it excites me, but I’ve let anxieties hold me back. So I’m posting this mostly for accountability. And since some of you may be interested. In that vein, may finally be an AD in the works. TBD.
Regular stylist wasn’t available ‘til next week, but this guy has helped me before. He was super detailed in his work today. Love it! Well, he goes a little heavier on the product than I like, but that only matters today.
Anybody in my friends list who uses (or has tried) a leather hip pouch, like with leather gear, fest garb, LARPing or anything like that? Upper strap around the waist, lower one around the leg. Comfy and useful? Awkward and clunky?

Eight months ago I got these kinda ridiculous (and not cheap) shirts that I adore. By December… they did not fit any more. 😢 I’ve been telling myself that my workout routine has been successful. That may even be true. But it’s still kinda sad.
These tiny Weck jars were on my radar, but the “obsession” switch flipped in my brain a few months ago & I just HAD TO order a case. I now have a nice assortment of (reusable) single-serving jam jars. Brunch at our place? Featuring passion fruit jelly, strawberry jam, and lime marmalade.
