Relieved to find out this is a "limited-edition commemorative passport", only available to in-person applicants at the Washington Passport Agency in Washington, D.C. You have to go out of your way to get this abomination. To avoid it, order passport online or apply at any other passport agency.

I bought a house last fall with an old neglected perennial garden and a herd of deer that wanders thru every day. I moved one clump of daylilies closer to the house and got a couple of blooms that survived the nibbles. So kind of you to donate yours; surely they are loved.

Willa Mae Buckner ran away at age 12 to join an all-Black tent show. Blues singer, burlesque stripper, contortionist, snake charmer, self-educated and fiercely independent. Her lifelong dream came true when she performed her hilarious, risque songs in a Circus Blues show at Carnegie Hall in 1993.
