Tonight for Sunday Dinner made #Vegan Mushroom & Lentil Wellington for the first time, I made so much filling I've frozen a load of it 😂 the pastry didn't quiet go right, I wanted to plat it but didn't have the time, but it was really tasty despite taking so long to prepare ......

Had another lovely lunch on Thursday at @pipandoatllandudno.bsky.social our favourite #Vegan #PlantBased café & chatted to our friend,the owner Sarah & her lovely staff member today Gracie. I had a Tapas Platter Board & Boo had a Scrambled Tofu Baguette (very like scrambled egg) & a Soya Latte ☕ 💚
Made another lovely dinner on Monday night for Me & Boo. For Pasta Night I cooked some wholewheat pasta,added Chopped Tinned Tomatoes,Sacla #Vegan Red Pesto,A table spoon of Mutti Double Concentrate Tomato Puree, cooked till hot, then added Basil & Tomato Linda McCartney Meatballs! Delish 😍
Just watched a brilliant film that had me laughing & crying because I'm a big softie! 'The Sheep Detectives' & it's also a great advert for Veganism too💚 With an all star cast including Hugh Jackman,Patrick Stewart, Bryan Cranston & Emma Thompson. Highly Recommend (5⭐) www.imdb.com/title/tt3256...

Used some frozen left overs of Jacs @tinnedtoms.bsky.social #Vegan Shepherds pie recipe I defrosted, cooked some roast potatoes then smashed them up a little on top of the shepherds pie mixture,sprinkled it with Smoked Paprika and cooked in the oven for 25 mins😍 #GoVegan
Just about to watch the brilliant movie 'Mosquito Coast' one of my favourite films, Starring my namesake River Phoenix, Harrison Ford & Helen Miriam. A excellent movie and well worth a watch. Just starting on Talking Pictures TV channel 82 now 💚

Watching '40 Glastonbury Gems' on BBC Two now, so many great artists and bands from over the last few years at Worthy Farm, Glastonbury . It's just a shame they focused on recent years and didn't go further back but still some great bands like @remhq.bsky.social on it and some great music &....
It consists of four blue and three white diagonal stripes; in the white stripes are a total of seven red seeblatts (or pompeblêden, as they are called in West Frisian), leaves of the yellow water-lily, that may resemble hearts, but according to the official instructions "should not be heart-shaped"
Had a lovely day at the Vegan Fair in Ctaig-y-don #Llandudno today at St Paul's Church Hall, lots to eat, lots to buy, cards, creams, soaps, cakes, lemon Curd, Pies and lots more. Had a delicious....

Made a delicious flatbread wrap tonight for tea using Tescos Planted Lemon & Herb Chickn' which I was really surprised by, it's absolutely delicious 😍 put that with salad and #Vegan Hellmans Mayo on the garlic & Herb flatbread! Definitely be getting the Tesco 'Planted' stuff again 💚🌍🌳🌿🌈🫶⭐
