Housing starts plummeted 15.4% in May to an annualized rate of 1.117 million, 8.7% lower than a year ago. Single-family home starts slipped 1.9% to an annualized rate of 882,000, 6.7% lower than a year ago. Home building permits were flat in May. #realestate #housing
