Chs 8, 9 & 10 of THE LAST FOUNDER have been expanded from the original chapter Phantasms of the Frontier. The story grew in the telling to not just be about a conference, but about the Council and lingering politics from the first 30 years of the UFP. Hence, breaking it up over the next 3 weeks.
