Freaked out a little bit because I checked my training plan for my next long run and there wasn’t one - instead of a long run it was cadence drills for 4 miles and because I didn’t do 10 today I kept thinking I will regress.
Need to do a round up of my Lancaster buys. I did get a lot of stuff 😅 so kept it simple yesterday in DC: • Renwick Gallery tote (they got me good with this one) • Korean Skin/Hair Care products from Grubb’s Pharmacy ☺️
