Those coalitions are opportunistic and full of conflicting goals. These people are minorities even in their own movements.

So are there people who want to be illuminati, trying to build such organizations? Yes. Are there people actually in a position to achieve that level of total influence? No, absolutely no.

You might see individual actions taken that look like the result of such coordination. They might have been coordinated that way. This is not the same as having a stable long term coordination for multiple projects covering multiple goals. Once again, they're too opportunistic

Tldr people driven by greed / hate / etc can't reliably cooperate over long time periods, because internal conflicts of interest are inevitable. It's better viewed as clusters of individuals with various goals and connections, which occasionally cooperate and occasionally fight
