Hey it ain't nothin - I'm shooting paper negatives to test out the 5x7 film holders (without potentially wasting expensive film), and it actually works pretty well

5x7 sheet of paper surrounded by darkroom implements - it and the tools around it are all inverted, to make the paper negative itself positive. The negative is showing a garden scene with a hunk of driftwood at the center.

A little bit of improvised Eighth of January for today, the Seventh of January. This is an old melody, first coming into prominence commemorating the British defeat during the Battle of New Orleans in 1815. The holiday isn't celebrated anymore, but it's remained as a popular pickin tune.
