This speaks volumes. 97% of respondents to @invernesscourier.co.uk readers' poll believe governments took too long to take serious action on the Cairngorms wildfires. Less finger-pointing. More action. Governments need to work together, learn the lessons and prevent this happening again.

We need better care 🧡 Centralising our care homes has failed what our communities in Inverness and Nairn need, and a change is needed. We need to get rid of this waste, and look after our elderly properly!

I was shocked to hear that the SNP/Independent ran Highland Council declined to ask for more Scottish Government funding to fix our roads That's why I'm happy to support our Highland Lib Dem petition calling for the council to step up for local people We need action, not words

Having a cup final on Easter Sunday evening is bad enough But to also host it in Glasgow means that supporters will either miss part of the final, or miss the last train home to Inverness That's why I've written to the Sports Minister, ScotRail and the SFA calling for action
