S is the nerd, R is the redneck. Two more bears posting gym pics and maybe thirst traps. A few trips to the gym and some TRT have us feeling ourselves and we wanted to share. Married and closed🔒but we like meeting new friends, and the views are nice too.

I was overdue for a cut. Also got the beard shortened more than I have in a while. How does it look?

R and I usually go to the gym and the same time but today we actually worked out together. It was introducing him to a new machine. -S

Still a lil sunburnt but gym is definitely starting to have some positive effects 💪
Update: 30 minutes on the treadmill AND I tolerated a little bit of infrared sauna with no issues. And I’m down 6 lbs or so since the surgery. Does that mean I’m a twink now? -S
