This tiny cairn came from a friend I made the winter I fell in love with #Moab, Utah. It's a mere two inches tall but it reminds me of that beautiful place.
You guys. Look at this dog that hangs out at my house like he owns the place.
dogs are great coz sometimes they're like "HEY LET'S GO CHECK OUT THE NEIGHBORHOOD NO REASON." and you have to go coz they're insistent and later you're all, "I needed that." (The dog in question)
Here's to our once and future independence from tyranny. And by "our" I mean all of us, not just Americans.

went through pioneer square on the way back from downtown #seattle today, big crowd on the plaza watching the senegal/france game. why don't we use these spaces like this all the time, i ask you?
Hundreds of my neighbors were out exploring the mystical gooey critters that live in the Puget Sound tidal zone and it is maybe my favorite thing about living in West Seattle. Nature is crazy, yo, and we are part of it.
This guy, we had a rough week or so and he's back to feeling himself again. I'm so relieved.

i gotta get this guy in for a dental and the way i don't want to put him through it, hoo boy. he'll be miserable but he'll manage and i will suffer terribly while he recovers knowing he's unhappy.
Went to look at critters at today's low tide. Stunner day saw cool things, and there were like 150 first graders LOSING THEIR SHIT over marine life so that's one thing that's as it should be.
Mood in the 'hood remains fed up with this government and its people.
I'm a dog walker, I LOVE sending notes and getting the perfect picture. This gal is Maisie, she's my current regular.
thank you, i do too. harley (my rescue) is really special to me. wink's a doll, and very sweet, but also not my dog.
The standing lad is Harley, my excellent boi, and next to him is Wink, a guest we had for a few days.
Got rid of my front lawn a while back, it's now my favorite time of year out there.
The completed bike path between West Seattle and downtown is a freaking wonder.
