My suspicion that my mental health is deteriorating into obsession is reflected in the attached. Well, when I'm watching it on a plane, I also liken the switching on and off of traffic lights on intercity roads to synapses. Also, the people getting off the ferry look like transmitters, etc.
I stumbled upon this Instagram account(@arum_natzorkhang) around the time I stopped making jokes about epics, and I really liked their interests. Since it's not my field, I find people interested in art and social sciences pretty cool.
When I'm unhappy, my drawings become unhappy too, it's a bit funny.
Kurban bayramınız mubarek Olsun ❤️Happy Eid al-Adha! May Allah grant a peaceful and beautiful future to all the children and people of the world. Don't forget to ask your first Muslim friend for a share of the sacrificial meat (kavurma) and your Eid breakfast.
Because I work in the field of neurological rehabilitation (neurodegenerative diseases and stroke), the vast majority of my patients are elderly. My expectations from the rehabilitation plans and exercises I design are roughly as follows(We mostly talk about retirement plans and grandchildren):
Do you have white/yellow cherries? I can't convince anyone that we produce white cherries here, but they don't believe me :(I say, "We eat this," and they ask, "What did you do to its color? Why is it so white, like it's scared?"
Cyprus is a very beautiful place. I hope everyone has even better days ahead❤️ We call the white ones "zerdali" (wild, ungrafted apricots are less sweet), and the orange ones "kayısı" (apricot). There are also those that are red when fresh and black when dried; we call those ''günkurusu'' sun-dried.
Interns will be coming to the clinic and lab for the summer, and since they are only 17-18 years old, this is how I see them when they talk:
Hi, I’ve actually started a pastry-making course, and if I were to work in the kitchen rather than in the wet lab, it would be a disaster for the region, given that I’m based in Izmir or Ankara(*as I’m a physio, I make people walk just as much as I make them eat, so there’s no problem at the moment)
than this for years, and I'm incredibly annoyed by your dismissive attitude. And someone needs to tell you this, not because you're incredibly brilliant, but simply because the capital is in your countries, allowing you to work so comfortably and then look down on researchers from other countries
Theo and I really do look like this at the clinic, the physio version,LOL. And no, it’s not strange, it’s just real life (In Turkish and Greek: ‘Oh doctor, sing a 🎵 oh doctor, my dear,my rose, doctor, I’ve a worry, a worry with no cure, I’ve fallen into these troubles, doctor I need solution)
and ground to a powdery consistency. It’s drunk in a frothy state after a single boil. We don’t drink the grounds; please don’t drink them. It’s true that we use them for fortune-telling. It’s also true that we use them for exfoliation. This correct color 👇🏻
23 April is celebrated in Turkey as National Sovereignty and Children’s Day. As it marks the opening day of the Turkish Grand National Assembly, it is also a holiday dedicated to children by Atatürk. ❤️
Every week in a year, I hike the same route along the mountain, and every time, the goats chase me. Every week, I convince them not to chase me, saying, "Look, we've met now." But they still chase me. My ordeal with the goats continues; I'm about to cry...
Also, living in small towns is a peaceful thing, pretty little izmir
I'm so glad you've finally arrived at the after-work swimming season...
I mainly work in neurological rehabilitation, mostly with adults, but sometimes in pediatric neurology. Patients often experience mood swings and sometimes even depression when they lose the use of their hands and struggle to do their old jobs after a stroke or PD or another MS/ALS
