Pleasantly cool lunchtime run. Also chilled out to some Elliott Smith (who I hadn’t listened to for about 20 years, and stumbled back across while listening to some Jeff Buckley). #Running
Slightly longer run, but missed out on logging a 1/2 marathon by 1/2 mile because I wasn’t paying attention 😬. Also tried out some new canal paths around Castleford. #Running

Pleasant run today. Still humid, but the air was breathable. Ventured slightly off the usual canal track and found some old outbuildings.
