The Feather community continues to have these heartwarming stories

Storytime-
I've been gently introducing my gf to videogames and trying to be a little artsy/accessible about it, so things like Journey, It Takes Two, Blanc etc- and Feather. And because it's been a minute since release and she would play it for about 15 min at random times, we rarely saw other birds- or those birds would be afk and looping smacking into the ground.

One day a few months ago we saw another player and chased them around and lost them and found them and all the little joys of bumping into strangers online and playing without words. She was moved to tears by this. (She's VERY new to videogames)

I pocketed this information and bade my time. (bided?) - anyway this week has been a rough week for her- lots of draining work stuff, she had to cancel running a cool event and just generally she's been feeling low. So this was the right time to hatch (ha) my bird plan.

I bought half a dozen keys today (mostly through humble because dev cut is bigger I think) for friends and coworkers and bundled everyone into Feather as a surprise. She couldn't believe it- from the normal 'nothing going on just flying by myself' to this kind of collaborative experience- more tears, lots of joy, many birdcalls. Her hands get tired quickly so it was only about 30-40 min but what a blast.

Huge win for us, and I wanted to share the story back with the community/devs. Feather is such a special little thing. Thanks SP!
