my roommate and i have been caring for a stray kitten whos toe was hurt by god knows what. His mom and siblings are still outside (we can't take more in, technically we're violating our lease with him) but he looked so sad in his cone with his bandaged foot. tragic.

wow man ai is so fucking good and cool and it's great that whole websites are being coded with it and it's clearly going so very well for these websites. surely people being paid exorbitant amounts of money to shill for it are correct and we should all just embrace it and accept inoperable websites and other faculties in our daily life.

watched a video today about how to create when the world is terrible and scrolling/bedrotting is irresitible. something that stuck with me was the idea of personifying that urge to do nothing. naming the resistance to the motivation to create. so here's my resistance. a shitty snail

i watched the paul reubens documentary and there's a lot to his life and creativity and the choice he made to closet himself that was heartbreaking. he did a movie in college where he was dressed up as jesus and its legit the first time i've every been driven to draw jesus. he was so beautiful.
