18. do you like historical books? which time period? Yes, some standouts: Hilary Mantel's Thomas Cromwell books; Connie Willis's time-traveling historians books; Julian by Gore Vidal; Robert Graves's I, Claudius.
15. recommend and review a book. We Are All Completely Beside Ourselves, by Karen Joy Fowler The story is told in flashback and circles back to give context. In some ways it reminded me of Margaret Atwood. I recommend it highly. Do not read a plot summary which might reveal the twist.
