This post is only going to land with Kentuckians but OMG, the Florence baseball team is called the Y'alls and their mascot is THE WATERTOWER!!!

Once again I am the 8:45 pace setter for the Bluegrass 10,000. If you want to run 6ish miles at 8:45 per mile I'll be there on Saturday to help!

Red t-shirt for the 50th Bluegrass 10,000 race. A huge 50 is behind a cartoon version of Lexington, KY's skyline. The runner's bib number is 7631 and a Pace/Mile sign of 8:45.
