My lasagna has prompted marriage proposals so I think it's pretty good. I like to use small curd cottage cheese instead of ricotta and I also use smoked provolone in addition to mozzarella. Oh, and no-bake lasagne noodles FTW! 🍽️

My Belgian Mums needed some trimming so I now have two lovely little bouquets. The color variations are interesting and I think are due to the overwintering here in zone 8b. 🌱
