Barn swallows and house martins feasting upon the river Derwent; from this morning.

A pail, Pure morning rain. The wren all proffering in morphine blue and his holler, an entr’acte for his gratefulness to Dymphna’s grace and each of her resuscitations.
Maybe thinking that I had some food, this pair of swans approached me with their 2 young cygnets and even though I had no food they stayed around me for around half an hour or so. They had such a beautiful 'family', caring presence and I am still humbled to the core to have had that experience.
