I try to avoid outOfDomainErrors. For example for acos I define acos(x)= pi for x<-1 and acos(x)=0 for x>1.
Working on simplifying function terms. E.g here the sin((asin...) should cancel!
August Theme is Functions! I coded up an abstract class Function implemented by Monom, Sum, Product, Quotient, Power and Func. The last is a pot for functions like cos, ln, abs... So I can build arbitrary functions and evaluate them. Here I colorcode the values. #mathart
