This morning I'm onboard the 20 min delayed Deutsche Bahn #ICE2074 from #Hamburg to #Westerland on the island of #Sylt 🇩🇪 This is operated by one of their new Talgo sets, and while I am impressed with the interior quality, the ride is pretty atrocious 😬 #NonstopEurotrip
After my cancelled train earlier in The Netherlands 🇳🇱 and my transfer to an ICE, I arrived in #Hamburg 🇩🇪 an hour earlier than planned - who says problems are aways bad? 🚆 Love this station btw ❤️ #NonstopEurotrip

This morning I was meant to be onboard the GoVolta service from #Amsterdam 🇳🇱 to #Hamburg 🇩🇪 - but they cancelled it (& all subsequent ones) so I have made a new plan as the ICE+ICE was over €175! First train Sloterdijk to Utrecht on this NS VIRM 🚆 #NonstopEurotrip

Today I'm onboard the Steam Train Excursion from #HuaLamphong to #Chachoengsao 🇹🇭 This runs 7 times per year on public holidays and costs around $10 in 3rd Class for the return day trip, including water and snacks 🚂🇹🇭 #Thailand #NonstopEurotrip
