Football still has not returned from its trip to the store to buy cigarettes.
Sure is something to see an actor you first watched as a mid-20s stoner age into a guy whose character collapses from middle-aged back pain the moment he enters his apartment. I should watch Who's Afraid of Virginia Woolf.
This is an origin story movie that contains the line "You truly are Wonder Woman." I'm not joking.
I love it best when Lex Luthor gets over his skis. "I invented God! Bad news, God hates me :(" "I'm the president! Oops I fucked up gotta flip the board and do nuclear Holocaust." "The Superman clone I created as a sex doll ripped my safe room out of the building and threw it with me inside."
I just saw it last night and the sexuality of that movie feels like a much-needed antidote to whatever going on in that movie about the Casual Sex Purge.
Big Alcohol won't allow an anime about a woman who drinks so much she becomes incontinent and only narrowly escapes needing to be fed through a tube in her throat. Only cute anime girl alcoholism is allowed.
It's funny how when this movie came out Suicide Squad's cultural cache was so low DC didn't even want to put their name in the title. And then immediately after this movie came out they made three more Suicide Squad movies and a game and then Creature Commandos AKA Suicide Squad But With Monsters.
Joke I love in Long Story Short is them introducing this dad who is super insistent on being able to come to school to put sunscreen on his daughter in a way that makes him sound like a weird pervert. But then you see his daughter and it's like oh he's actually right.
"Your boyfriend's right, Tammy. Blue balls is a dangerous condition and if you don't jerk him off he might die in agony. It's not an urban myth."
The GameStop CEO when he gets sober long enough to realize there will be no used copies of GTA VI.
Later they released this promo image which doesn't even fit with the backstory they wanted, which is that Andy asked for a Buzz Lightyear toy because he watched the movie Lightyear. So he watched the movie with his toys, who later did not know who Buzz was. And the alien toys are there... somehow.
I guess if you really contort yourself you could say that the Chris Evans tweet is accurately describing the movie. But it would be like introducing Star Wars as "the origin story of the human Luke Skywalker that the toy is based on." No human talks like that! It's confusing!
Legend of the Galactic Heroes. In close quarters battles they deploy a highly explosive invisible gas so that no one can use their guns or else they'd kill everyone including themselves. So they must fight with battle axes.
"No, it's a good movie. I just wasn't expecting it to be a Slave Narrative."
It's cool how you can just lie about what a video says and everyone will believe you instead of watching it. You can trick a bunch of stupid people into saying a woman should be executed for thinking that Nestlé shouldn't get infinite free water to sell back to us.
If you get someone liking exactly three of your posts in a weird order then it's probably a spambot. Looks like these two hacked a couple of dormant accounts. They're being used to boost spam pages with reposts. You can go into their replies and see them making spammy comments too.
