A couple of days ago I visited the grave of my dear friend Chris. He died in 1996. He was a top bloke and best friend. We have missed you so much these past years. Good to spend some time with you, friend.
Most modern cars insulate the occupant from all sounds, smells, the air, warmth and cold. the surface of the road. You can still feel acceleration less so speed as you waft along. The Morgan keeps you in touch with the road surface, the air, all the smells all the sounds. Speed registers.

My observation of travel in Norway and Sweden is that their towns and cities remain Norwegian and Swedish. They have not been swamped by US companies as had the UK. They have retained their culture and identity.

Visiting my mum in Gloucestershire. She is not up yet so I took a walk around the town and collected some breakfast from the bakery. It's a sunny day but quite cold. It is before 8am and the hairdressers and barbers are already open.
