As you know, I don't really like eggs in general, and I would never have an egg with a runny yolk on its own...BUT one of the best burgers I've ever had was a Carbonara burger that really used the yolk to great effect!! (since Carbonara sauce itself uses a raw egg, slightly cooked by the warm pasta)
