Why is it always "market flooded with new units"? Is there there a rule that states it must be written this way? It comes across as a negative when new housing is good for consumers.
It wasn't that long ago a driver hit pedestrians on the sidewalk here. Shortly after that we learn DPD's own are also driving dangerously on this block. The same people enforcing traffic rules are actively endangering citizens.

This is not what this one says. This says a bottleneck is not necessary for a jam. The wave phenomenon is not a new idea. But guess what it needs to occur? "Particles" or cars in close proximity to one another. This is also highway conditions only. Now add traffic lights, pedestrians, transit, etc
