Part of the journey after getting diagnosed with AuDHD is obviously trying to understand everything that has happened in my 42 years of living. I wanted to Google something & was hit by the fricking AI output. I usually don't even read those, but man. This was a gut punch of truth. 😭 #MentalHealth

I can't believe this was 12 years ago already. My sweet boys. Paulus, my first rescue dog and Elton, my first rescue animal and truly my soulcat. They were the bestest boys. Paulus died in 2017, I lost Elton on the day of Tour of Flanders 2022. I miss them dearly. Forever my boys 🤍

Afternoon walk in the park. I spot 2 women with a bunch of dogs, off leash. Didn't feel right. I turn sideways to go through the field and around them. Out of nowhere 2 of their dogs came at Seppy in full attack mode. I managed to stand in their way and shield him before he ran away fast.

Nala has injured her eye. We would like to take her to the vet, but she is not to be caught. She just knows when we have "plans" and will not come near us.
