Among the #nudist beaches in Catalonia, those in the Llobregat Delta stand out for the air traffic in a "protected" natural environment. Beyond the unique photos, it's critical to recognize the devastating impact of Barcelona's airport expansion—driven by mass tourism—on this vital ecosystem.

A casual August afternoon in Barcelona 😂 Astronomy is not among my special interests, but it's come to my attention that the #eclipse is a really special event. Won't go as far as to travel to the "path of totality", but it won't hurt to take a stroll later on (with the right safety gear) 😎

Besides being a naturist and researcher, I'm also a writer of #historicalfiction. My first published novel (2021) tells the story of #Àunia, an Iberian girl who struggles for freedom (hers and that of her people against Rome). It makes me so happy that it's still being read ❤️🏹 #catalanwriter

May is here, and I'm slowly seeing light at the end of the tunnel 🐾 Although hard work on my thesis continues, I already have some adventures planned. So grateful to the people around me who suggest plans 🌼🫂 I find it hard to convince myself that it's necessary to stop, and that I'm doing enough.

My experience in #naturism has not been a straight path. Many times I've felt ashamed, concerned about looks and the judgement of others. Unsafe and hyper aware of my surroundings. And I still feel like that sometimes. It's not as easy as just "shedding your clothes".
