The NYS Legislature passes the one-year data center moratorium — with bipartisan support! 🎉🎉🎉 Data centers can strain the grid system, drive up utility rates, and have myriad negative environmental and public health impacts. NY is right to press the pause button. We urge Governor Hochul to sign it.
