It was ‘Midwestern church potluck’ food last night @ furry poker, complete with Minnesota ‘sushi’, grape jelly/chili sauce crockpot meatballs, ‘funeral’ potatoes, 3 flavours of BBQd wings, and ambrosia ‘salad’ ♠️♥️♣️♦️ Very yummy!

Had a beyond wonderful day with family at an outdoor Nordic-style spa ‘village’ w/ pools, saunas, salt scrub, tea, campfires, hammocks, complete with fancy food and cocktails, then got Greek delivery for dinner and watched Sinners. Perfection ❤️ (not allowed phones inside so no pools nor food pics 😭)

Got lots done the past 2 days, and am feeling pretty good about myself! Today I decided to prep meals, so made 20 beef/bean/cheese burritos w/ many sauces and seasonings in the mix, then 10 overstuffed breakfast ones w/ sausage/red potato/scrambled egg/onion/green pepper/serrano salsa verde/mozza!

Mom was over on the weekend visiting and hanging out, and I made banana bread with walnuts and mini choc chips, and an amazing bolognese sauce! Yummers…

Had a little get-together on the weekend where people made Gordon Ramsay recipes, and @tonicyeen.bsky.social killed it with the Beef Wellington! 💯 We also had bangers and mash w/ balsamic onion gravy, Manchego and apple chutney-stuffed pork tenderloin, and sticky toffee puddings! 🇬🇧🍽️
