Artist, dog and cat lover, avid reader. Also rapscallion, ne'erdowell, and questionable morals. No idea how all of this works.
The eagles left a bunch of feathers and someone made a shrine in the campground to Buddha raptor. It may still be there. The wind didn't seem to move them.
How are you from Florida and not call them water skeeters? But it was beautiful at oaks bottom this evening too! I got to see the rare dog seal.
Love the Oregon mts. This was levitating last October at sunrise over Mt. Hood. Have you ever hiked to the crater on St. Helens? It's a beautiful and awesome inspiring trip. There are still plenty of signs of the eruption. But also the primal drive of nature to renew.
My God it was a perfect night for a flower smelling walk. There's a jasmine near my house that opens up the scent valves every evening in. The summer and it's one of my favorite things. There's a hose hiding under it which I also kind of love.
@jeffvandermeer.bsky.social Goddamn your brain works in ways that work for me. You're like Barbara Kingsolver does creepy. It's beautiful and disturbing all at once. Also brief plug for blue kangaroo coffee in sellwood.
Truth time here. If you have a galaxy phone, how many pictures of full moons do you have?
Flowers defying fences found in Portland yesterday. Next to The Heist just before playing in the Tuesday open mic. Lots going on in this post
