Sad information for the Polish literary scene: one of the greatest, if not *the* greatest Polish writer of the latter part of the 20th century, Wiesław Myśliwski, passed away aged 94. These are some of his books translated into English, worth your read, I assure you.
Uhhhhh, I have the impression that this person and the subject of the fellowship don't belong together...
