Tenant input played a pivotal role in shaping community improvements at 1041 Wellington. With support from the Community Developer and Engineers Canada, #OCHVolunteers installed a new metal bench and garden bed and spruced up the outdoor area on July 16. @stephaneoch.bsky.social
½ On July 14, 38 #OCHVolunteers from The Home Depot rolled up their sleeves on a very hot day and built bracket benches along the deck of the Morrison Gardens Community House. They also built picnic tables and a garden bed. And they hosted a free kids’ workshop. @ochfoundation.bsky.social

On June 10 at our Annual General Meeting, we shared our 2025 Annual Report with @en.ottawa.ca, our sole shareholder. The report highlights how OCH is preserving homes, expanding affordable housing, and supporting stronger communities for thousands of residents across Ottawa.
We're upgrading the entrances to low-rise buildings on Prince Albert Street. Deteriorating aging cement will be replaced, and the layout upgraded for greater safety and accessibility. #OCHInvests

1/2 Ahead of the release of OCH’s 2025 Annual Report during our AGM, we’re sharing a preview of the impact we had across OCH communities last year — from investing in existing homes and building new housing, to strengthening tenant services, partnerships, and community supports across Ottawa.
More than 35 volunteers from #RibbonCommunications built 15 garden beds in our seniors’ community at 800 St. Laurent. This project is just one of the dozens since the team started working with us in 2012. We are so excited to see what else grows out of this partnership. #OCHVolunteers
