Not a doctor but I am going to say those are from his kidneys not processing correctly and venous insufficiency. Eventually he won’t be able to breathe because of it.

After a very long day, arrived home and found we have a very sick kitten who needs a few days care in our incubator. His temperature is low, he’s very congested, and he has eye infections. He is so adorable and he’s really trying. This is Rocket. Send all the good juju you have please!
We got a pregnant Mom this year who gave birth a few days later. She lost a couple of her babies her but we rubbed them on our 2 other foster kittens and Mama raised them like her own. Think it helped heal her heart. All were adopted. Ginger was Moms, the panda was not.
