Trying out the new Audio Technica "Sound Burger", playing some of the old old records I've picked up over the years.
Show her the cost of buying a Stagecoach and suddenly 24-38 grand doesn't sound so bad!
Never seen a city outside of DC that was so jam packed with museums. Totally unique food culture, some of the best Vietnamese food I've ever had, gigantic ww2 museum AND the oldest continuously operating streetcar line in the world. I instantly fell in love with it.
Big Lonely Island fan, but for some reason this was a blindspot for me. Seeing this tonight for the first time
Yeah in retrospect it's the exact same kind of posting he does. I also remember he cancelled the fight with Zuckerberg because his "mom" tweeted about being worried about him lmao
Made up some tacos for dinner tonight, finally have a big griddle to cook multiple tortillas on, very happy with the results using a tortilla press and parchment paper compared to saran wrap.
Just happenstance that I started watching LONESOME DOVE for the first time last night. Duvall really was one of the all time greats, him and Tommy Lee Jones add so much character over this frontier melodrama. Incredible cast of character actors too.
After bouncing off the Anno 2070 way back in the day I gave Anno 1800 a shot after seeing lots of recommendations and really fell in love with it. Has the same production chain and resource mgmt stuff to dig into as my beloved Satisfactory but taking place in the transition era between sail/steam
First time watch of Juzo Itami's Supermarket Woman. He really had a knack for making films elevating ordinary places and spotlighting the people who work there. Nobuko Miyamoto is great here too, as always the beating heart of Itami's films.
"Recession indicator" is kind of an overdone meme at this point but well what can you say.
