The Government shall take all reasonable and necessary steps, pursuant to the principles of this Constitution, to:

A safe and clean natural environment, which shall be conserved as much as possible, allowing for the reasonable expansion of civilization in a considerate and responsible manner.
An effective and efficient infrastructure, which shall be regularly maintained and upgraded, pursuant to the principles of this Constitution.
A fair and balanced system of free markets, which shall be reasonably regulated, to prevent the excessive concentration of economic power and formation of monopolies.
Clause D: Accessibility, Accountability, and Transparency
The Government shall take all reasonable steps, pursuant to the necessity for an open and known Government, and in accordance with the Right to Knowledge, to make accessible to the People all such information on its functions as possible, without releasing specially sensitive materials, or causing risk or damage to the security and integrity of the United Republics.

I have a proposal for a #Constitution...
