The transfer portal is open twice a year. Imagine the effect on the South if most of their SEC players said "B1G, Mountain West, here we come." Imagine the horror if the SEC got kicked out of the Power 4 and gradually ends up merged with the Missouri Valley Conference.

UW-Madison, ahead of the curve. The Pail and Shovel party promised, in their campaign to lead student government, to bring the Statue of Liberty to Madison. In my first year of grad school, I woke up on a 1979 winter's morning to this.
